a 4plex in Uptown New orleans

I got this 4plex in 2004, as soon as I moved to New Orleans from L.A. I fell in love with it because the building is totally symmetrical. I was told it was 100 years old. Every time one of the 1000 square foot apartments become available I am working on making each the coolest place anyone could hope to rent for a fair price. I enjoy renting to anyone affiliated with the universities of TULANE or LOYOLA. It's walkable to Audubon Park, colleges, shops, coffee houses, super markets, Prytania Theatre and more.
